In this lecture we looked at variants of the basic games, from the Prisoner’s Dilemma, to Matching Pennies, to the Battle of the Sexes. We also briefly looked at Subgame Perfect Equilibria, and we’ll finish that off next week before getting right into the macroeconomic side of the course.
